Welcome to the Pool! As a new ICAP member, we’re excited to have you as part of the Pool. To help you get started, we have put together a range of resources to assist you throughout your coverage. ICAP Grant
Through The ICAP Grant, members of the Pool may receive up to $1,000 in reimbursement for select loss control and/or risk management items. Examples of such items include fall material(s) for playgrounds, exit signage, fluorescent or bulletproof vests, AED units, drones (for approved usage) and more.

Legal Access
ICAP Legal Access is a legal consultation service provided exclusively to ICAP members. Through this offering, every member of the Pool is eligible to receive up to 300 minutes of legal consultation per year, compliments of the Pool. ICAP members seeking legal consultation may call 1-877-374-9774.

ICAP Claims
ICAP claims are handled by a team of professional adjusters and attorneys who specialize in claims and losses that are specific to Iowa public entities. You can file a claim online or if needed send in a paper form.

Mid-term Change Form
