The ICAP Board of Directors is comprised of seven ICAP member representatives and two ex-officio officers. Each member representative is nominated and elected by the membership to serve a four-year term. Board membership consists of the following representation: three representatives from member cities, two from counties and two at-large, which can be nominated by any member type.
Becky Bissell, ICAP’s Executive Director, serves as a liaison to the ICAP Board.
