CITY REPRESENTATIVE

MATT joined the ICAP Board of Directors in January 2020. He represents the City of Nevada, for which he previously served as the City Administrator.

In 2019, during his time with Nevada, Matt was named Manager of the Year by the Iowa City/County Management Association.
