ICAP 101 is an informational meeting through which attendees are provided a history of the Pool, an overview of how ICAP works, and a rundown of the coverages and services the Pool affords.

Both member representatives and local insurance agents are eligible to attend a 101 session, which is an excellent way to learn more about the Pool. Sessions are held at the ICAP office in Johnston, and typically run from 10:45 AM to 1:00 PM. All sessions include a working lunch.
