the third party administrator for ICAP,
provides supervision of the Pool's claim

Iowa State Association of Counties
The Iowa State Association of Counties (ISAC)
is a non-profit organization that aims
to promote effective and responsible
county government for Iowans. ISAC
is the principal source of information
and services for county government in
Iowa and has endorsed ICAP since 2001.

The Iowa League of Cities serves as a
resource for city officials and is an
advocate for cities on both state and
federal issues. The League, which
represents more than 870 of the 947
cities in Iowa, has endorsed ICAP since
its inception in 1986.
