ICAP Hotline Available

Most of you have had the opportunity to visit with the loss control specialists at Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa (PERSI). Many of you make very positive comments about the quality and professionalism of PERSI’s dedicated staff. The staff is working to serve and assist you with loss control concerns. One area of concern is employment-related issues. Besides videos, CD, online training, sample policies and procedures, ICAP has introduced a new service to help you with employment-related issues. The service is a toll free hot line with David Vestal, an attorney, at 1-800-814-8799. He will answer the questions that you have on issues relating to hiring, firing, demotion, promotion, and discipline.
