 "ICAP would not be a success if it were not for the integrity of the
program, the guidance of the Board of Directors, and the expertise
of the various program administrators. Members of the Board of
Directors consider communications by and between our membership
and the Board as ICAP's foundation and strength. The Board is always interested
in the needs and suggestions of each of our members. Together,
we are making ICAP the premier local government risk sharing pool in the country."
